Sleepwell Industries was founded in 1988 as a professional manufacturer of pocket spring, latex, form and memory foam mattresses. Our OEM program is designed to work with customers to and recommend, design and customise the products for their needs.

The company also operates direct offices in United Kingdom and Thailand. In addition, Sleepwell has a growing worldwide distribution network in South East Asia. Additionally, Sleepwell’s corporate brand DreamMaster provides european luxury bedding products to the major hospitality players worldwide.

WHY SLEEPWELL INDUSTRIES?

Our facility is the only roll packed and ‘mattress in a box’ producer in Thailand.

We have a fully automatic roll packing machine to fully compress the mattress and finish in a roll-packed format which saves significant space and improves transport efficiency, resulting in reduced transportation and storage costs, nearly half in some instances.

In our current production line, we have quilting machines, double flanging machines, embroidery machine, a single needle quilting machine, a fabric spreading machine, a mattress rollpack machine, a eurotop stitching machine, a pocket spring Machine and module coil spring and pocket assembly machines.
